The MSME Registration Certificate provides proof that a small business has been registered. Individuals or organisations who register their MSME business are issued a unique number through the MSME Registration Portal. It is a document that certifies the company and is given to business owners after MSME registration.

 Existing Businesses Can Apply for MSME Registration 

All existing MSME enterprises must register/convert to a new UDYAM as soon as possible, according to the announcement of June 26, 2020. According to the new registration plan, every business unit registered through MSME / Udyog Aadhaar would be considered as a genuine MSME by March 31, 2021. This means that on or before March 31, 2021, all present MSME enterprises must register/convert to be eligible for MSME Benefits.
